If you're just starting out then you'll probably see noindex tags on your articles.

For indexing, it takes around 3 weeks to a month. Also depends upon the keyword quality.

What services do you recomend? My keywords have 0 competition, but the problem is its not being indexed in google. It has no noindex tag. How can I make it index faster? I've seen some competitors indexing in some hours after publishing (in other keywords).
You can test indexing services for free with your medium links. You can try Linkdexing, I know for a fact they can index these links in like 5-10 days.

You can't just mention a keyword a few times in your Medium blog article and think that it will rank immediately. It depends on the keyword. At the beginning it is good if there is basically little about it on Google. Then you also have to publish good content that makes sense.
In addition, it usually takes a few weeks until you are really visibly ranked.

Medium articles do not index from the beginning. You have to get some engagement first, and it would index over a period of time. Usually, it could take 4-6 weeks for indexing

I would rather throw bunch of gsa blasts from contextual engines. Since medium is a para site you don't have to worry even you accidentally spam to death.
In my experience it's hard to rank medium but it can be done with the help of link building.. tired link building works great those.if you know own xrummer just upgrade to new 23 which does have nice.diversity. gsa also can be used with good target lists
Nowadays after the core update I see many medium type results on serps. Google actually again pusing to those nonsense pada sites so it's going to be easy than it used to I Hope

Indexing time can vary, but typically it takes a few days to a couple of weeks for new articles to be indexed by Google.
It usually takes about 1 month, but could happen sooner.
