Im looking for Medium alternatives that aprove to index posts from new accounts Second thing, can u tell me how to set index, follow on Medium? Currently my post is noindex.

If it was a quality content which was worth the reader's time, then the no-index status will be auto changed to index. You don't have to worry, just give it some time. Another alternative is Vocal Media.

Don't waste time on medium. Some alt are linkedin , wordpress.com, Blogger.
Most web 2.0 are no follow.

I tried Vocal Media - post was accepted and indexable, will see how it rank on Google. I added some internal links
