Medical domains black hat question

So if you look up levitrasutra.com which is expired today(for now lol) ahrefs is giving it a DR of 42 and the Majestic million rank is 53k, is this useful or poison for google?

Disclaimer I dont want to touch the domain or other medical ones anyways but I am very curious how this is handled with Google

Thanks for the response to a seemingly newbie question.

That being said... anyone run domains like this through a traffic filter for targeting and then send it elsewhere...

I wouldn't expect much traffic on deindexed domains.
