Medic Update Roll Back Issue

Hi, we have a medical related website. Everyone knows the medic update was rolled back last week. We have different types of categories on our site. For some group of categories/keywords, we moved back to 1st posting. There are few categories they are not getting their old positions, and those categories hurt a lot with a lot of jumpings in their ranking positions. Few keywords went from 17 to 100; also, I felt that content is not up to the mark on those pages. I am planning to add and modify more content. What are your suggestions? Do I have to wait a few more weeks?

On 27 nov 2018 Google made a very important update. All serps are down of sites that contain words of the by google released medication list. Sites that contain healthcare words are down too. Google still didnt release that list but from adwords we know our adds got rejected for words like, disease, diabetes, vitiligo, hepatitis, hbsag, rapid test, injection, abortus, ... in your search console excluded page section it will not tell you the real reason. It will tell you submitted but excluded from indexing because your site density is too high. If you site is smaller than 6000 pages google search console coverage report will state under the reason of exclusion: discovered but excluded from indexing. No need to resubmit your page. Google might come back and index it later. After we removed of some sites all medication and medical words serps are 99% indexed again.

Google healthcare is planning to take itself the first pages so even high EAT pages are down. My advice is to replace all medical words with an abbreviation like for insulin i. For desease d. Or to remove all medical and drug terms. Or to create sites without drug terms but medical terms that are non commercial non selling sites. However if your sites are under the same google console gmail this will not workout too because your gmail reputation is now very imortant too. I suggest to create another gmail for monitoring every heathcare related rankings.
