Any ad networks like Ezoic, who would be suitable for a site like askmen.com? So topics on sex, dating, etc

Why not try, Revcontent, mgid or Adskeeper

I tested some native companies and I like Adskeeper the most so I keep working with them.

Don't they require like 90k uniques per month? With these numbers you can get into Mediavine and AdThrive, don't you?
