MediaTemple Opinions?

Anybody here use MediaTemple? I am considering using their services but I've heard reports of Downtime, but that seems to be it and I guess that could be a few people just moaning about their own circumstances? So my only option is to ask the only reliable community of people around

I have used mediatemple for the past 3 years and I have not experienced any significant downtime. In fact, I have had a few issues where customer service reps have followed up with me by phone to resolve. I highly recommend.

I used them about 6 months ago and in the year I was with them there was a small amount of downtime on my server, nothing more than 1 hour a month.
