It seems all the file sharing services like mediafire, megaupload and all are blocked. Is there any workarounds? I live in India, BTW. I tired using proxy, but unfortunatly, all the top proxy sites are also blocked!

HMA VPN Pro should work fine :)

Or get a free VPS (Search for some offers) and then download the files from the VPS :)

You must be on Airtel. I'm on BSNL and I can access the websites just fine.

If you can't live without those websites, get yourself a windows server with remote desktop connection. Or switch your ISP.

Unfortunately, I live in my college hostel and I can only access internet through a proxy server. Hence for me, there is no option for using another proxy. Moreover, all proxy sites like hidemyass also got blocked recently. No desktop applications work either. Only browsers work! :(
