Media Traffic users, I have a simple question for you

Been learning a ton of information over the past few months from this site. It's worth its weight and time I've spent in gold.

I have joined Media Traffic and carefully building my first campaign.

Two questions:

1.) How many keywords (URLs) do you typically provide? I'm up to about 1,100 so far.
2.) What are the ideal kinds of offers for the Media Traffic network?

I'm trying to promote a fitness program for skinny/hardgainer/ectomorphs
