I heard that you need atleast $10k to get into media buying. I think you can get in with $5k, but you need to really plan it well.Try these sites - advertisiting.com, tribalfusion.com, bluelithium.com

Try buysellads.com, here you don't need to spend that amount for what
I think your after in terms of advertising. I'm currently testing on a small budget of $100us and getting some great conversions on my CPA banner ads.

100% agree i have grea success buying blogs banners and that is concidred media buys on small skill

my experience is to negotiate the deal directly with the blog owner that seems overwhlming but you can get great rates one of my best deals i negotiated is to pay 400$ in four weeks not as one time payment so i started with only 100$ the compaign made me 500$ in 5 days so i paid the whole month fee and i kept a profit to negotaite another deal

You should look into buying media at adbrite (dot) com.

No need to have $10k for media buying you can start media buying traffic from $10-20 also
