• Strong track record in the crypto / fintech / high-risk verticals.
• Deep understanding of traffic sources, bidding models, and audience targeting.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management in crypto advertising.
• Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate+ English (for communication and campaign management).
