    Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum and still wondering how things work.

I am not new to IM but I am new to being an affiliate. Here is what I do on a daily basis to loose £££ at the moment. I am not sure what am I doing wrong.

I come home from my full time job and push a CPA offer via banner advertising on ad networks like clicksor, megalick, adbrite and so on. I check the EPC on the campaign and try to buy the banners on a cpc which kind of looks profitable to me.

Eg. If the CPA is $5.00 and the network EPC is $0.10 then I think it should take me 50 clicks to generate a sale. Now if I am paying $0.05 per click I should get a conversion on every $2.50 spent. so that looks like doubling your money.

But apparently I am loosing money on daily basis.I promote adult dating and pin submit campaigns which should be converting well. But still no luk. Can someone please tell me what am I doing wrong?

I am desperate to make money.:yumyum:

Making successful media buys is not as easy as some claim. There is a lot of trial and error involved and, like PPC, money is usually lost before any is made. There are some decent guides available, Scott Rewick's stuff is helpful, but there's no big secret other than extensive testing and campaign optimization.

Here is what I want to know-

    How do you choose campaigns?
    How do you determine CPC?
DOes the network EPC really accurate to actual results?
How much do I have to loose before I learn? :p

I used clicksor and I didnt really find it to be a good source. Testing, testing and more testing is what's required.

Developing effective press purchases is not as simple as some declare. There is a lot of research engaged and, like PPC, money is usually dropping before any is designed. There are some cost-effective applications available aspects is useful, but there's no big key other than finish assessing and strategy seo.
