Meanings of CPA terms

Hii

Can anyone tell me some meanings of the following in reference to CPA marketing :
1. first page
2.second page
3.third page
4.double optin
5.sms/zip submits

I am getting confused here!

these are when the offer will convert

Like if the user fills out the first page of the offer you get paid

for a second page submit the user would need to fill out the first 2 pages of the offer for you to get paid.

Usually the more pages the user has to fill out the more you get paid.

Typically these 3 are used to describe when a submission becomes a lead. So if it says Second page submit, and a user fills in both the first and second pages with legit information, they become lead and you get paid.

4.double optin

Typically used when referring to email lists. A single opt-in is entering your email in the form. A double opt-in is when that email address is confirmed by clicking a link that has been sent to the supplied email address.

5.sms/zip submits

Normally means that the user has to enter their mobile number or zip code then you get paid.

You might also see combinations like " First Page ZIP Submit " Meaning for you to get paid, the user has to submit their ZIP on the first page.

*NOTE: Getting paid means the money in your affiliate account, not your hand!
