Can someone explain to me what is the definition of ''Scrape''.
Im using Followliker, en want to know what it means. Thank you!

It means extract information from a certain web page. Scrape == Web Scraping.

And what will it do with the information?
Got ''Scrape User Settings'' = http://prntscr.com/ikyyt7
But doesnt understand what it does

It's because their software is using broken English instructions, that's why you are having problems.

Scrape User Settings, only makes sense if you are scraping a User's Settings. Even though, that is not the case here.

In this case, it would make more sense if it was written as : Profile Scraping - Settings
This way, is a lot more clearer to the user operating this software that you are configuring the Settings for the Profile Scraping part of the software.

I've heard about this Followliker somewhere here, can't remember but it wasn't a positive thing. Anyways, why don't you ask for support from the creator?

For instance it will follow the scraped the users. Followliker has an extensive tutorial: http://www.followliker.com/tutorial/v1/follow2.htm, if you're a customer of theirs, after logging in, you can read it. Everything is explained to the last bit. You can find the explanation of the options of the screenshot you posted, if you scroll down a page.

To add onto this scrape is really useful in the aspect of scraping for your competitor's followers. If you're using programs like followliker then its one option that can get you straight to penetrating your potential customers right away. You could also use the scrape data to do other things such as put comparing them with different competitors and finding common names that follow each one of them (in the same niche). That way you'll find super fans who are truly interested in shops with the same niche as you.

Scraping is referring to downloading or gather data from a site. The scraped content is
usually processed for use in software or loaded into a database for other uses.
