me vs info vs name TLD

What domain name would be better for my personal homepage? eg: john . me vs john . info vs john . name. com, net, org is not available and my country TLD also not. Witch one of those 3? Not talking about ranking in G.

what do you mean by "better"?
I would go with .info but I am not sure what you mean by "better"

I would go with info. because people will think "if i want to have more INFO about this guy, i can go to his website, JohnSmith.INFO
.me is not memorable. of course, thats just my opinion.
