Hi.

I have not seen anywhere BHW asking members their opinion about stuff on the site, I mean policies and the like.

how are decisions taken here ?

By Double D, the owner. We thought about running it as a co-operative, but then we checked and it hadn't worked well in Russia, Romania or Cuba.

Can you tell me why on earth a new member with 9 posts cares more about administering the forum instead of reading everything he can from it and making $$$$?

admin'ing here is none of my business. that is for sure.
