Me = Domains + hostings + cpa lead + 8 other cpa networks + experience

You = Tons of traffic ??

No? Didn't think so.

Traffic is the hard part of the whole equation, if you don't have traffic, you won't make anything .. no matter how many domains and cpa offers you got.

I don't know what I can bring to make us both money but there are lots of other threads in this forum that can teach you some valuable stuffs which later can be converted in to money.
