I hired his services to get a web design, so far only lies lies lies
he said that his people let him down, he has problems with hosting bla bla bla, He got $100 a month ago and I have got nothing so far

Be carefull with this guy, good thing I paid via paypal, so I will get my refund

Wrong section , this should be on the Shit list section and not on the lounge
and PS: Paypal doesn't refund for digital services . Not sure if a website should go on the digital service or another category tho

Put that in the shit list section if you really feel that you are scammed. Provide more information for the mod to look into the matter.

This rather new BHW member is the problem.
He paid $80 for a website and $20 for cheap traffic which he got.
I hired a programer to make him an EDU site, but he has not provided.
I offered a refund on 4-4-2011,but he decided he would want a different
kind of site I can provide, like dating. This new site is: datingonline101.info. I am
trying to put it on his server, will be on by 4-11.
