Usually if you get a MC999 just sell something different until you get back your reputation so you don't get shut off.

Either that or make another account.

I think I did it right away when I got that warning. Just modified the listing. At least within a few days. It seemed automated so I just risked it. Don't put digital code, say physical code will be delivered or some crap

There is no specific time limit to list digital items. eBay doesn't like them nor does PayPal like them either. Chances of them staying listed is up in the air. You will probably burn through many accounts with digital goods.
