Hey, i tried to list an item at ebay the account is not that new i tried to list the item 2 times ago and it didnt sell, but now i got mc999 restriction should i call them and what do i need to say im new to that.

Help will be appreciated.

Well, that depends on whether you're doing blackhat methods or not. Are u aware that you did something wrong? If not, I would contact them and ask what happened to your account and why the product is not listed

What he said. As long as you are not trying to pawn off conterfeit goods as the real McCoy give them a call to see what is up.

They'll usually ask you a couple questions related to assess how much of a risk you are.
Like for example, are you drop shipping items (you'd want to say no)
Is anybody else helping you send the items (you say no)
How long will it take for you to send the items out after the buyer purchases it, and how (just say something like the day after I can go to the USPS near my house to send it out)

Those are most of the generic questions that they ask. If the agent isn't very helpful you can hang up and try again, agents aren't created equally so you might have to call a couple times to get a resolution.
