Try selling using a different product name or a different account. Because they will keep deleting if you continue.
 
seems like a message I got back when I sold generic macbook chargers.

The item you are selling must be a generic knock off and ebay have been getting to many complaints.

Not much you can do.
 
Well maybe you could change the listing and picture type? Or try to list it under a similar category?
