MC011 Restriction

Hello,

My eBay account got restricted around a year or less ago with an MC011. I submitted real invoices from my suppliers and ebay continued with the restriction.

Is there a paid service to unrestrict my account out there?

Hi! Check eBay’s emails for why they rejected your invoices. They might want more details or proof (e.g., ID, utility bill).
Submit new invoices from verified suppliers (e.g., Amazon, Doba) with your name, supplier details, and recent dates.

Honestly getting an account unsuspended on eBay is very difficult (because customer support is nonexistent), and as far as my knowledge goes I haven’t found anyone who offers such services. Your best bet is to make a stealth or a new eBay account under another friend or relatives name (with their permission of course). You can try to call eBay support and explain the situation to a support staff member over the phone but from what I heard that isn’t guaranteed to fix it. Best of luck!
