MC011 Restriction Due to Tracking

Hi all. So my sales have ramped from a few hundred in a month to a few thousand to over $10k in May. I have 130+ positive feedback.

Recently got hit with MC011 restriction. eBay support said it was due to not having all the tracking numbers. I sold 30ish CDs with Ticketmaster redemption codes I received. I would put in buyers info and CD would be sent to them without tracking.

eBay is asking for tracking for these items (all less than $10 each). I don’t have the tracking but I messaged the buyers and they confirmed they received the CD.

what should I do? eBay phone lines down. Chat isn’t useful. Is there a way to buy backdated tracking #s? Should I reship now with a tracking number and blank envelope or will it look bad if It a month late?

didn’t know ebay required tracking. Any help would be very appreciated! Just trying to get my account back.

What for what?

you cant do anything about what you have already shipped. so wait until clear them by any means and for new orders add tracking.

Yes I will add tracking for new orders but I am restricted so I can’t sell anything now. What do you mean by clear them? After a certain amount of time those sales will drop off?

you don't need to do nothing simply respond to that email with notice, in my case i was drop shipping within ebay so i wasn't able to enter the tracking number to my buyer from my drop shipper. As only one tracking is allowed in the system and wont allow me to add it. I explain that to them. I too went from selling hundreds to thousands thats what i assume caused us for ebay to trigger the alarm . In the end i appealed they lowered my limit from 8000 to 5000 and also put me on the payment availability program. Where some funds get hold on ebay. Some money i get instant or i have to add tracking number and i get paid after delivery. Or if i don add tracking sometimes payment is 7 days or 21 days for me to get funds. They put this program for 30 days regardless if you have 100 percent feedbac

is there anyway to contact buyers who received the items message them and screenshot their messages that they received the items successfully.

contact buyers to confirm that they got items after that contact ebay support
