MC011 Ebay account reinstatement

Hi Guys,

I have been banned from eBay for no reason and can not seem to find why, I opened my account a few months ago and I have suddenly started selling a lot of my products in past 2 weeks totalling 100+ sales and I got a restriction message saying they need proof of identity, proof of address and invoice inventory, I gave them everything and BAM, I received a message saying I was permanently restricted and I have no idea what I've done wrong.

I have contacted eBay live chat and called more than 6 times and they just put the phone down on me. Just to note as well my account has 0 negative feedbacks and 40+ positive seller feedback.

Ive also seen a lot of MC011 ebay account reinstatement services online, are these true or not?

Can anyone guide me or help me on what I can do please?

If its so hard to get your account back, I think you need to create a new one as soon as possible and remember to avoid association with the previous one。
