MB TWEET bot won't work on windows server !!!!

I Just started a new VPS on windows server 2012 with windows8.1 and i downloaded MB Instagram bot on it perfectly fine after installing .net framework and everything else is fine and it runs.

I must have Windows and the proper .net framework and java etc if the instagram bot works any ideas why the twitter one wont!!

When i try to install MB tweet bot and run the setup it says I must have windows 7 8 8.1 to do the download??????
