MB Instagram Edition Error

I've been having great results since my purchase two days ago but now whenever I try logging in to my accounts through the software it say "error occurred"

I can mannually log in to to these account through the official IG app but MB is not working even if I use advanced edition.

Is this a server issue? Is this normal to happen every now and then? I already sent a ticket but would like to know solution asap.
