MB Ingram Bot "Like" Safe Delay Settings

I have had the MB Ingram bot for over two years now, but stopped using it for a year not because of it's performance... Just didn't need it. I recently started using it again (woo free updates for life) and it works perfectly! I just want to know safe delay settings for "Likes" on Instagram using the MB Ingram bot.

Can anyone that has been using the bot for the past few months - or years - recommend some safe delay settings that maximize engagement?

You can try my setup in automation succession mode. The bot runs 24/7 or until your scraped list runs out. It will like 3 most recent images & comment 1 of the images. You can also setup to follow the person as well, but I don't do follows.
