mazgL scammed me

I've been on BHW for the last 6 years and sadly this is the first time that I need to open a thread here. English isn't my main language so forgive for any mistakes.

Normally I wouldn't do that type of "deliver first and payment after" but since I've made similar business with him before, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

So that's it, this guy scammed me for $10. If he gets away with it he will continue to do the same on a smaller or a larger scale.

My priority is to get my money back, but I would be happy if he just gets ban in order to prevent future scams.
