Sitelinks
Sitelinks are algorithmically generated links intended to help users navigate quickly to the relevant parts of your site. Not all sites have sitelinks, and they are not always available. We only show sitelinks for results when we think they'll be useful to the user. If the structure of your site doesn't allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or if sitelinks for your site aren't relevant to the user's query, they won't be displayed

Hmm, good question (re 'Is there any way to change it?'). Since the results are generated via a google algorithm, it sounds like the best way to change the sitelinks (or nudge them a bit) is to think like a google user. What are the most likely topics a user might want to know about when coming to your site? Now, take those topics and name that page with something that includes your relevant target keywords and you at least have a shot at getting targeted traffic via a keyword rich sitelink. You know, that old google mantra about user experience. Not sure how helpful that was, but it would at least be worth a shot.
