Maybe someone can help me with registering Aweber accounts?

Hello, about 3 months ago I have created about 20 aweber accounts, I used them to import emails. New account was succesfull when I was able to turn off optin. The success rate was about 60%, but now nothing seems to work, I can't turn off opt-in on 4 accounts in a row. Maybe there are people who can give me some advice?

One guy is registering aweber accounts, but he takes a lot. When I asked how does he make them, he said that he has a friends who works in Aweber himself.
