May shared hosting be a problem ?

Hi,
I got two sites in one niche ranking for the same keywords in my hosing account. One is deindexed and the other one is a month one but after some efforts I still can't see it ranking even in the top 1000.

May the problem for Google be that they are on one hosting account ?

I really need recommendations.
