I was wondering if I could use premium products the community share here for free( themes,icons,plugins,etc) for production and charge clients money.

So yes, you can use it for production.
If it was shared (for free) due to a Review etc, then NO
If it was shared (for free) but it is a paid product here on the forum, and was shared because of xyz reason, NO, you still need to have distribution rights.
