Any publicly posted VPS (in a thread or from a comparison site) is a risk in my opinion. Because the IP might already be exploited/abused/saturated/etc. from a previous customer(s) or so, no one ones.
It's better to find by yourself a good VPS from Google's/Bing's/Yahoo's/Baidu's search results AFTER 100+ page or so, the more, the better. Less known VPS providers/services = lower the risk of the VPS site to be already abused, and therefore it's IP address network.
So generally I can't post any link or recommend any VPS provider. I can't and I won't do this.

I use solidseovps, never had a problem.
Well just one when they had a data centre shut down on them.
I got a new vps 2 days later with everything back as it was.
Respect to that, so I recommend,

#1: General one, widely used;
#2: Public one, already mentioned from you;
#3: More people have used their services & IPs in the past year, because they're soooo much popular and known. Which in other words for your/our needs means that these kind of VPS services must be excluded by default.
