"Maximum number of open connections reached" on tools browser

I get an error while i use the software magic submitter and xgenseo is working.It shows "Maximum number of open

connections reached" in the browser space.I am using windows 7 and

internet explorer 8.

The problem arises only while I use magic submitter and Xgen browser.But when i use firefox or

internet explorer,there is no such problem.

I am using the software before and create all accounts.There was no

problem there.but recently i am facing this.



please tell how to fix it.
