I know is risky.. but .. let's say I upload music videos / movie trailers.. they can screw me even if I have 500$ in the account?

My account got banned while it had well over $2000 in there. If you upload copyrighted material (music videos/movie trailers are often copyrighted) then I wouldn't risk storing any money in there. They have a good reason to ban you if you upload copyrighted material. Even if you upload all clean unique videos I wouldn't store it in there - unless they are physically in your hand, it all belongs to Google.
Try to join a network, you'll be able to get minimum deposits of $1, PayPal payments and better payment terms (NET30). Freedom MCN is a good one, no-lock in contract, good sales team that gets great exclusive deals with advertisers. Not affiliated with them, just got a whole lot of experience with networks (I previously owned one) and that is the network I've had the best experience with.

Woa 2000$, It seems I'm total noob with this matter! So if I upload videos as Movie Trailers with official YouTube as my network I won't receive money?
This YouTube cannel: /user/movieclipsTRAILERS (Sorry I can't insert URL yet) have ads and all of those videos are trailers from movies.

"The MOVIECLIPS channel is the largest collection of licensed movie clips on the web." They most likely got some contract with major movie distribution companies to be able to upload their trailers. The problem is most likely not that companies doesn't want anyone to upload their trailers, who wouldn't want some free promotion? It is that YouTube got a weird content matching algorithm which usually sends copyright notices even though the original distributor accepts it.
A solution that I found is to partner up with a network that got connections with these major companies and enjoy the contracts that they got. One example is Preview Network, they seem to provide trailers if you are a customer of theirs. I am sure there are more networks like these, that was the first I found.

Haven't tried. Shouldn't be too hard though.
I also stumbled upon this page on Warner Brothers website, it might be useful. Just tell the purpose is to spread their trailers and tell them that the material will be monetized. If you get a license, you'll be able to upload a lot of trailers as Warner Brothers is one of the major movie companies.
Get a license from Universial Studios as well and you're good to go. As you grow, more companies (smaller ones) will probably contact you regarding their trailers. Hard niche to compete in as there are already many channels dedicated for this but it is worth a try!

As I read, YouTube checks every video before pay you right? So if I upload VEVO videos for example I won't get a penny .. so the only way to upload copyrighted material and get paid for it is using networks?
