Maximum cpc bid limit in Bulk Upload CSV File

Hello,

I am trying to add campaign via bulk upload but I can't find how to make following two changes in bulk upload csv file.

1. By Default in Location Options, Target is set to - Presence or interest:
But I want to change it to - Presence: People in or regularly in your targeted locations

I can't find how to do this in bulk upload csv file.

2. If I select Maximize clicks as bidding then I want to set Maximum cpc bid limit, but can't find
how to do this in bulk upload csv file.

I have attached my bulk upload csv file if anyone want to check and can modify it for me to solve above issues.

Both of the above can be done using Google Ads Editor. Download Google Ads Editor to your computer, upload the CSV file and start editing your campaigns, or you can use Google Ads Editor to edit existing campaigns in your google ads account

I know those things can be done via editor but i don't want to use editor.
 
1. Changing Location Option in Bulk Upload:
In Google Ads, to adjust your location settings in bulk, you'll need to use the 'Targeting method' and 'Exclusion method' columns in your CSV. For 'Presence: People in or regularly in your targeted locations', you would enter 'Target' in the 'Targeting method' column.

2. Setting Max CPC Bid Limit with Maximize Clicks Strategy in Bulk Upload:
If you are using the 'Maximize clicks' bid strategy and want to set a maximum CPC limit, you'll need to use the 'Max CPC bid limit' column in your CSV file. You can set your desired bid limit value in this column.


You'll want to replace 'MyCampaign', 'MyAdGroup', and 'MyKeyword' with your specific campaign, ad group, and keyword information. The 'Max CPC bid limit' should be replaced with the maximum CPC you're willing to pay.

Tried both as you said none working. can you please test at your end?

here is what i tried and not working.
