Just don't go on Fiverr and buy a 1000 link-building package for $5.

Its about the quality of links you purchase, make sure its relevant to your website and select a package based on diversified links if your website need only 10 strong guest posts then its enough no need to invest high amount. Check with your keywords and competition.

The cost of the project has to be determined with what you're actually buying! PBN sites costs less, and guest posting to authority sites costs a lot more, so I cannot name a price which can be taken as the correct answer to your question.

What me and my clients have paid is AUD 20 to AUD 110 for links. Now you can do the math for a 1000 links.

The minimum for a quality backlink in my opinion is at least $100/200, however stay away from those 1000 backlinks packages for $5 you find on fiverr or even here on BHW.
