What's the maximum number of articles / day I should do to stay "legit" I guess would be the word. I don't want to manage more than one account currently until I have a steady stream which at that point...won't be an issue. Obviously with enough scaling this could easily replace an income but I really want to know what the maximum / day I am looking at it. 5? 10? 20? 104 would be nice :p 80k/year

    Thanks...

    10 or lower..start small..and then scale a little more.

I've answered a similar post this way:

On second thought, I'd say I'll use the total wordcount as the metric to dictate the maximum. It's misleading to focus on the number of posts without considering the wordcount.

    So, if I set a 1,500-word limit per day, I can have the following possibilities: 1,500 = 1@1,000 + 1@500 or 3@500 or 2@500 + 2@200 + 1@100, and so on.

Hmm. I'm beginning to get cozy with this solution. Anyway, this is how I would solve the problem.

I usually start new accounts with between 3-5 submissions per day. After a week I'll bring it up to 9-12 per day and continuously mix it up with different amounts. The general rule of thumb is that you don't want to submit more than that or AC can, and usually will, drop your upfront offers and start rejecting perfectly good articles.

Oops. I thought this thread was about blogging. Sorry my previous comments do not seem to apply squarely to AC.

Anyway, in my opinion, AC and article writing directories should be reserved for your best writing. Rather than quantity, quality should be the focus.
