In the past two weeks, I've gotten over $200 in sales from it while sending out only 3,000 contact forms. I've managed to turn these into strong supporters of my brand, despite getting them via BH methods. What I'm doing is using broad keywords with geo-targetted keywords. My product has a hook of marketing their brand online, so I'm reaching out to individuals and companies that are service based - law, CPAs, auto shops, etc. People that need customers flowing to them physically, who are largely commoditized, and with whom search costs are high for quality service. All these point towards needing their name "out there" on the web.
I'm searching in chunks of 5-6 keywords. Things like:
- Philadelphia CPA
- Philadelphia taxes
- Philadelphia tax returns
On average, I'm getting 500 or so contact pages back. From that, about 300 successful posts. I use DBC for captcha solving.
However, I feel that I've got lots of data for additional touches that PaighamBot has given me. I just don't know how to best maximize them. With each contact form, there is the chance that I'll get an email, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, and phone number. Marketing experts have found that 7 touches are necessary to convert prospects into sales.
Email is simple. I'm using a SMTP server to send out emails to the people that I gather. That's 4 emails, so a total of 5 touches.
For the remaining two touches, which of these pieces of data have people found the most success with? What's the best way to utilize FB and Twitter links? Just directly spam on Twitter and...maybe message on FB? I'm not too sure what to do with these two.
As odd as it sounds, I'd like to do phoning since I know that with a good script and a personal touch, you can close many more sales. Does anyone have a good fluent English, no accent calling center? Maybe one that's willing to work on commission (its a stretch, but maybe?)
