maxbounty vs facebook - ppc help

So I started a new ppc campaign on facebook this week and I was receiving a few clicks but noticed when I checked my account on maxbounty things weren't adding up.

So I ran the numbers and facebook has charged me for 28 clicks and max bounty is reporting 18 clicks... I also have prosper202 and it matches up with facebook.

Any ideas why the numbers are off on maxbounty?

I sent my AM a message on skype and hope to hear back in the morning.

noticed the same thing.. either they are shaving or not counting countries that are not allowed(which doesn't make sense)
 
yea well i specified only us traffic in my ad setup soo...
 
I'm interested to know what answer your AM gave you.
 
well after sending a message on skype with no reply, then an email with no reply, I called in.

"it could be several reason's such as: multiple clicks from the same IP address, or having cookies disabled"

I wasn't at my office to verify my stats while on the phone so I just said okay I will check later. So I ran a report in prosper202 and the clicks I show are from different IP's and I would also assume that if the user had cookies disabled I too wouldn't be able to track them.

I just emailed them an excel report with the subid's and unique IP addresses, now lets see if I get a response...

I have stopped the campaign at the moment but current stats are maxbounty - 23 prosper202/facebook 44 clicks.

They never replied back. I stopped sending traffic to that offer. I have used them for other offers without issues so I don't know if it was the offer or if they just started shaving alot more...
