Retargeting, if i can get 6$ from a meme page 7$ from a models page and 12$ for a freebies page i will still lose money but at least i know is more worth to promote my offer on freebies pages
Its near imposible get a positive roi on first ad lol

That's true. Keep testing i guess and not necessarily SOI or if you figured out, which advertiser runs which offers and you find that those offers don't convert, try offers from different advertisers. They are usually to the same analogy, the offer description is similar, the LP is similar, you can try to access the whois, which can also help identifying. After some time you'll be able to identify with high certainty, almost routinely, which offers belong to the same advertiser.

Don't get me wrong, we've all been in that stage, but you need to understand that these offers are scams to begin with.
The people behind these offers, the ad networks enabling the promotion of these offers included,
are, that's fairly obvious, not the most reliable people around. Money is all that counts. In their pockets, not yours.
On the other hand, it needs to be said that $20 is nothing in terms of sending traffic to an offer.
That money was lost before you even spent it. That's not how this works.
Send them insane amounts of traffic, and see how they will suddenly change.
They will bow to you. Kiss the ground you walk on. You, the bringer of fortune.
But even then they will still scam you. That's how they roll. The greedy bastards.
One last thing, these offers have nothing to do with internet marketing or blackhat marketing. Some might disagree.
This is pushing naive people into losing money (tens or even hundreds), for you to make what? $1.60 (- traffic costs).
Knowing all that, you have a few options. Choose wisely.

I've lost money a lot using MaxBounty over the last year even while use targetted traffic. There's no guarantee a lead will convert but like I said, they always underperform.

I don't know what to think of these CPA networks. My Maxbounty affiliate manager tells me to blame the direct advertiser and not them after I show a proof of offer completion and no conversion. I think the answer lies somewhere in between.

They manage the offers via API, they cant control the back end so yeah is not Maxbounty bad at all , but if they know a advertiser is scamming and shaving leads they shouldnt allow to keep running the offer, so in part is maxbounty bad too

It is a valid point. They do not pay if they have the e-mail. Also, if you use proxy, bad footprints they will block the lead, they are very picky. Below is my stats for today, half of the day with 20 invested.
SOI offer, I expected 50% to convert, but in reality only 23. They already have most emails. But yes, somedays they will shave. Its very funny, yesterday i did $40 with $40 invested, today im doing 50 with 20 invested, and this keeps happening, one day good profits, another day even. Depends on how the shaving level is. This is the advertiser doing that tho.

It's a reputable network but what the SOI offer advertisers are doing is not cool. One day you have 20 conversions, the next day you have 0 using the same method of promotion. Many times I've went from Maxbounty to promoting directly from the advertiser thinking that there will be any difference... what a fool I am.
