A pretty small query, kindly clear the confusion if anybody has any idea or experience on it.

Last month I got a payment from Maxbounty and this month, I noticed a few reversals lead. So, my question is..... will they chargeback the amount from my next payment?

I would strongly recommend that you ask and discuss this with your affiliate manager for best accurate answer to your question

They will deduce the amount. You most likely promoted non incentive offers. Paid surveys maybe? No matter how good the traffic is, you will get some reversals for this type of offers, always.

Yes, if you already received the payment for the previous pay period and you see reversals now, those will be deducted from your next payment.
