Maxbounty Is weird

I reapplied for Maxbounty yesterday, I've applied like than 5 times, twice this year, thrice last year.

And I definitely answered the questions asked very well.
So yesterday, immediately after applying, I called ny affiliate manager, gave her my affiliate ID. In just few seconds, she told me my application has been rejected, then ended the call.
First, I believe my application was never reviews because I called her just immediately after applying, it was to fast to be true, and till this moment, I never received a rejection email.

So, I don't know the cause of my rejection, is it because of my country because I'm from an African country or what.
I don't understand.

And I would love a recommendation, a similar affiliate network to Maxbounty, good offers, fast pay.
