Maxbounty Incentivized Email Submits

When do Maxbounty Incentived Email Submits actually convert?

When I look at the offers the landing pages for the incent and nonincent are identical but the language on the incentivized offer says:

"Email submit and continue to first offer page" in the rate description.

What exactly does continue to the first offer page mean?

I am going to get in touch with my AM but just curious if anyone here has any insight.

Some have the first page as a name and last name etc.. and the 2nd page as the email submit.

These convert well for me on one of my sites.

I don't use 2 page email submits quite often though.
