Hi all
I am having a problem with one of the offers I am running on Maxbounty. I would like to know if someone else has faced this problem because I am completely lost and cannot seem to get proper support from anyone. The issue seems to be getting lost between Maxbounty and the advertiser but no one seems to have any genuine interest in doing anything.
Like a month ago or so, one of the offers I had been running for months without any problem, all of a sudden started redirecting most of my mobile traffic to a 404 "server not found" error page. This happens only with mobile (no desktop) and not to all of it, only some. I have not been able to tell what makes the difference for a lead to get redirected properly to their sign up or to their error page. The error page belongs to the same domain of the offer and its address is not just a 404 error but something slightly different than the proper one. Even this "faulty" address can be opened properly on a desktop but fails on mobile.
I have tried all possible tweaks on links, tracking domains, etc, to no success. This problem happens directly even when opening the affiliate link straight without previous redirections.
Thanks
