Sorry to the Indians that it isn't available to Indians. It seems like a nice feature though. Even though Maxbounty scrubs a lot.

No. If it came off as that way, then that is your own misinterpretation.
On topic: Maybe a petition should be started to have the Payoneer card offered in India. I think if 10,000 or so signatures were brought their way, they MAY see things differently.

The petition would be online, of course. Also, I know that a good percentage of users here are from India so that is a great starting point. But hey, that is just an idea.

I really like the idea of filing the petition
but the problem isn't payoneer rather its the indian government or you can say RBI
earlier payoneer was available in india but due to RBI's new policies they had to stop functioning in india
hence they dont provide services in india anymore

Ah, I was questioning the marketing strategy of not providing it to an entire country so that makes sense.

Payoneer is actually a good provider and they have pretty decent support to work with.

Do you know any other company who provide similar type services to payoneer with lower fees and accepted as a payment method to lots of sites?

Regarding India, we are very sorry that we cannot currently offer the Payoneer card to residents of India. This is due to RBI regulations, which prohibit all non-Indian companies from issuing credit/debit cards to Indian residents.
We do offer a local bank transfer option to India, however it is not currently enabled for Max Bounty. If you are interested in it, I would suggest contacting Max Bounty and asking them to enable Payoneer's Global Bank Transfer Service.

Although it's the best payment method I used so far..Used almost 1 year with no problems.
