MaxBounty affiliate links and link shorteners?

I am attempting to create some text ads for a MaxBounty offer. I am required by 7Search to in a URL at the bottom of the contextual link with my sales copy. The link at the bottom is obviously a link with an affiliate ID.
Does anyone know if MaxBounty allows URL shorteners? I emailed my AM but he has a lot of people to take care of and I only have me. Thus I am ready for answers much sooner than he is ready to answer them.

Any MaxBounty folks out there that can answer this. This way atleast I can get started on the campaign setup but not go live with it until official

It seems like it should be OK but maybe they have a special link shortening service to protect themselves from TOS violations
(how would any Twitter people market MaxBounty if shortening is not allowed)

Their affiliate managers are usually very responsive, you should ask yours
