Don't waste your time on question and apply action. Also write how you are planning to promote the campaign. just say you're promoting through ppv,ppc and native ads. Also say you're doing content marketing which will boost approving process 100%

I wouldn't bullshit a network with lies. It isn't the best start to a relationship and they will ask probing questions which you would be unlikely to appear as convincing when answering.

I think you need to figure out your traffic sources first and then look for the offers.
There are offers that pay $100s for a conversion, but you will need to have the right traffic to get that offer to convert.
I would look at your traffic and then find a niche. Once you have those, go to http://odigger.com/ and https://www.offervault.com/. You will be able to search by niche (vertical) and you can apply to the affiliate networks that have those offers.
