Where have you find this network in the first place ? I also never heard about that, is it CPA or something else ? I do not get the whole situation here for sure. How does that sounds to everyone else ? I would go with them only after solid review somewhere.

... but I found this network on the site, where you search best price for the same product. Page with offers, popular ( I think so).
I did a little research, and no comments, no proof, no reviews but web archive shows me that the site has been running since 2018, so it's a bit fresh.
But, they don`t care about promote their network, marketing?

I would go with a more established network, personally. 2018 is too new. There are way too many fly by night rip off networks. Beware.

That's their approval criteria and you need to provide the references from other networks, look they gotta be sure who they are working with right?

People are asking here about max web and not about maxbounty which is for sure legit network for like 15 years already (however offers are not that exclusive probably cause they are Canadian and all that already EXCLUSIVE for them LOL), never worked with other network though.

There were no such requirements before (+-2 month before). They might ask you to join their skype session and provide stats of your traffic and/or affiliate sales with other affiliate networks.
