1- How many Twitter accounts can I create with one phone number?
2- How many accounts can be accessed/operate from the same machine? I have a plan to operate 10-12 accounts from the same machine. Will I get banned?

You can associate one phone number with up to 10 Twitter accounts.
 
Sure it's around 10, but if you're risk averse, keep it to half that number or so.
Same machine, assuming normal usage and no suspicious login activities, around 10 is fine for that.

Can I make 50 accounts under one phone number ? What if I make an account and verify with same phone number and after sometime remove the number and use it after some months or a year later ?
 
In my opinion, do not do such a thing, the accounts will be banned and you cannot open them, a maximum of 3 accounts can be added.

10 is already towing the line of what can be recommended. That part about removing or changing the phone numbers later down the line, I'm not all too sure what the stats are for that. Might be worth looking into though.

- Recommended is 10 accounts for 1 phone number
- If you want to create multiple accounts on one machine, you should use an antidetect browser and a proxy to keep them separate.
 
New accounts with no activity are easily banned nowadays. For me, I prefer to buy cheap old accounts.
 
To use multiple accounts on one computer, I use g.o.l.o.g.i.n+p.r.o.x.y, you can try it

1. 10 accounts with one phone number tops
2. It's best to separate your multiple accounts across different devices. Or just create virtual profiles using antidetect software+proxies, so you can manage them all from one device.
