I'm looking for adwords cloacker which is actively maintained, is well reviewed and WORKS! I had a campaign which went through a manual review and was suspended (bridge page). I had no trouble getting ads approved initially. It's the manual reviews that I need to dodge. Any recommendations?

OP, have a look around here. both wpcloaker and blackjack's have rave reviews. I personally have used wpcloaker and cant vouch enough-its top notch and support is very good.
Lot of sellers have cloakers but look for cloakers with great support as it will be a learning curve without help...

I think wpcloacker is dead, I don't get replies to support tickets and I didn't see the owner on bhw for few weeks.

Noip cloaker has good service and helpful tutorial videos to help you get setup..
